New Product was shelved on "Porpoise"

In the constant quest to develop new products, several criteria are established that a prospective Wild Creation product must meet before we fully develop a product for market. One promising product that didn't make the cut was our African Dwarf Dolphin EcoAquarium.

While the playful, intelligent mammal had our product development team excited, we just couldn't figure out how to keep the lid on the EcoAquarium, and the crafty dolphin from jumping out of the tank.

Wild Creations Excavation Kits Unearth The History Of Earth In the Privacy of Your Home

Myrtle Beach, SC (January 5, 2011) – We’ve all read news reports of paleontologists discovering the remains of ancient man. But until now, those digs were in the plains of South Dakota, the ravines of Olduvai Gorge, or caves beneath Egypt. Now, thanks to a Cave Man Excavation kit from Wild Creations, eight-year old Calvin Cramer (“Caveman Cal” to his friends) of White Plains, NY, a Homo Neaderthalensis was discovered in his bedroom. Six brand new dinosaurs are being added to the Dino Excavation Kit collection that Wild Creations debuted in winter, 2010. The dinosaurs are waiting to be set free from the gypsum bricks that keep them as prisoners. It will be great to feel like a real paleontologist, discovering, cleaning and assembling these bone replicas. Each skeleton is made up of about 13 pieces and the paleontologist's tools (hammer and chisel) are included in the packaging.

Wild Creations is adding two more styles for the Ice Age Excavation Kit collection which it introduced in winter, 2010. After requests by our customers, we've responded by offering our popular EcoAquariums in kit form with everything EXCEPT FROGS!

We've had calls from customers wanting a second tank, or to replace a cracked tank (BAD DOG!). Now there's a easy solution with our Builder's Series. Tanks, rocks, living & decorative gravel, & Lucky Bamboo....all ready to go. Just add water and your favorite critter.

Also, for a limited time, we're offering a "new" tank... "The Keystone Classic". Up until late last year, we offered our Watergarden EcoAquarium with it's distinctive tapered tank and large Lucky Bamboo stems in a tall chimney vase. It was a popular item which sadly had to be discontinued when we ran out of the distinctive keystone-shaped tank.

Myrtle Beach, SC based company Wild Creations Inc. announced today the creation of a new toy division with an expanded product line.
Wild Creations Science & Nature™ offers an exclusive line of toys, puzzles & games with a scientific theme, targeted for youths to young adults. The 60+ item product line includes selected toys from a variety of toy brands currently popular in Europe & the United Kingdom.
“We’ve always wanted to offer products that educate, inspire, and inform…,” said Rhett Power, co-owner of Wild Creations, “We’ve been successful with our EcoAquarium™, but our customers have asked for more.” The EcoAquarium™ is a compact aquarium ecosystem featuring African Dwarf Frogs with special appeal for young children to adults. The low maintenance, self contained aquarium allows you to get a “bird’s eye” view of a natural working environment.
In 2007 the company started distributing EcoAquariums™ to local stores. It was introduced for the first time on a national level at Toy Fair 2009 in New York City. To date, EcoAquariums™ are now sold in over 900 stores nationwide, as well as offered online at www.wildcreations.com.

Our online catalog is also getting a complete upgrade to make online shopping a hassle-free experience.
